To complete this registration link you will need the following:
2023-24 USA Hockey number
Completed Background Check (valid for 2 years)
SafeSport Training (Required Yearly)

CLHA will reimburse all applicants costs related to obtaining their USAH registration. Please email receipts for your expenses to Sara Nelson at:

Registering to become a 2023-2024 CLHA Manager does not guarantee a managing position. Managers will be selected based on registration status, response to survey questions, and managing needs of the CLHA organization. Managers will be selected in the Fall once Tryouts, 2023-2024 Team Rosters and Coaches have been assigned.
USA HOCKEY REQUIREMENT
Each interested team manager must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-24 Season.
- Step 1: Click HERE to register with USA Hockey Be sure to PRINT and SAVE your confirmation code.
- Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session, you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
SafeSPORT Training
Complete USA Hockey's SAFESPORT TRAINING.
You will need your USA Hockey number.

Required every year
2024-2025
Complete the registration if you are interested in being a manager for your player's team for the 24-25 season. In the event there are multiple parties interested in managing the same team, the board will work with head coaches to determine who is assigned as manager. The Secretary will be in touch with managers after tryouts are complete and teams are established.
