CLHA is governed by the Bylaws of the association and the requirements of our governing hockey district, Minnesota Hockey, and USA Hockey.

The Youth Hockey Director and the Vice President will determine the number of teams at each level and the number of players on each team. Try outs will be held in accordance with the CLHA Tryout and Waiver Handbook.

Participation in the Chisago Lakes Hockey Association is a privilege. This Code of Conduct provides the basis for conduct and discipline for coaches, players and parents of The Chisago Lakes Hockey Association.

CLHA depends on the assistance of its members to function as a successful organization. We all must share in the commitment to produce a program that operates efficiently. A DIB is a single “credit” of your volunteer help to CLHA. One (1) credit = 1 hour of commitment. See policy for complete details.
