Coaching
To complete this registration link you will need the following:
- 2024-25 USA Hockey Number
- CEP Number, Level and Expiration Date
- Date of Background Check
- Age Specific Module(s) completed
- SafeSport Training (Required Yearly)
- Concussion Training (Initial and Once every 2 years)

CLHA will reimburse all applicants costs related to obtaining their USAH registration and certification. Please email receipts for your expenses to Sara Nelson at:

Registering to become a 2024-2025 CLHA Coach does not guarantee a coaching position. Coaches will be selected based on registration status, response to survey questions, and coaching needs of the CLHA organization. Coaches will be selected in the Fall once Tryouts and 2024-2025 Team Rosters have been assigned.
USA HOCKEY REQUIREMENT
Each interested coach and team manager must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2024-25Season.
- Step 1: Click HERE to register with USA Hockey Be sure to PRINT and SAVE your confirmation code.
- Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session, you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
SafeSPORT Training
Complete USA Hockey's SAFESPORT TRAINING.
You will need your USA Hockey number.

Required every year
2024-2025
Please complete this form if you are interested in coaching for the 24-25 hockey season. Ensure you have reviewed the required certifications and other information needed (see coaching requirements page). In the event multiple parties are interested in head coaching, the board of directors will assess applications to determine who is assigned as the head coach. Head coaches will be able to pick their assistant coaches from those who have applied.
